Vandana Saxena is an HR Consultant, PoSH Specialist, Learning Facilitator, and Capability Development Partner with over 28 years of professional experience across Human Resources, Learning & Development, workplace compliance, and people transformation initiatives. A certified PoSH Trainer and Consultant, Vandana also serves as an External Member on Internal Committees and supports organisations in creating safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplaces. Her facilitation style combines practical business insights, experiential learning, and real-world application, making learning meaningful and actionable.
